Single income guy here, 100k-120k loans plus credit cards. Unable to pay monthly payments. Suggest options please. How to come out of this? Asking friends for money and managing to pay monthly instalments but I’m now debt deep.

Foreclosure chethara my current home. If I file bankruptcy. So many factors put me in this situation. Night nidra pattadam ledu I’m stressed out. Scared about my family and kids.

first stay calm , 100K ki dont think too much you can comeback

you have GC ? because some no credit checks will come but they will see credit score (even biden givt removed self sufficenncy req they wull still check)

2 you cannot get any loans if you file bankrputcy is not option at this yoing age

Do you have any plot etc in india is that option to sell and manage with friends ?

In 2014 Invested with bro in law in a business which didn’t materialize needed some govt backing gave money to politicians but govt changed and our money is stuck. Interests and advances put me in this.

Is this amount had mortgage payments too? Any debt less than 200K (no mortgage) can possibly pay in long term if you planned properly

Hmm to hear bro ,Try do some research in debt consolidation your credit score will get hit do research and choose best one I have no idea  you cannot evade fully you will have less or no interst this us last option 

I will research with friend relatives pay it back to cc and then pay them later therr will be a way 100k nothing you have gc don't think too much
