I don't think anyone goes back nor trust someone to take care of parents if no siblings.

My parents decided not to depend on any of their children in old age . They well planned their retirement .They are not ready to move to usa , not ready to leave the home .they were habituated to the place they are living , they have freinds and occupied.

We at least call parents once a day or 4 times a week. India loo unavallu even parents tho yearly okkasari matladani vaaru unaru.

I have seen NRI like us are more targeted in all ways from relatives.

Yes but after sometime everything will change and domestic help can't be trusted forever.

In majority of cases, we need to feel pity on nris.

They work like a donkey to help clear their parent's mistakes.
