In all fairness, all Indian states have this problem. Most Indian IT companies gravitate to one metropolitan city in any given state. There might few exceptions like Maharashtra.  
 

I have many examples to prove my single city development point here. For instance, if you exclude Bangalore from the equation, KA has nothing to offer in terms of IT exports. Another similar scenario is Chennai, TN

Hyderabad became epicenter for everything until 2014. All other cities in United AP were non existent from IT exports vantage point.  Now AP is a gone case. They are too far behind in this fast growing world. I blame Andhra leaders for this fiasco. 
Andhra leaders have not negotiated well during bifurcation. They were too confident about stopping the state division. In the end, they were clueless about what they really want. After vote for note scam, CBN disowned hyd. Rest is history.

they are not even against caste. They just got some feelings/self esteem issues against one caste.

Mysuru has a decent IT scene , coastal Karnataka is very rich. Much higher per capita income than coastal Andhra 

Tamil Nadu is one of the most uniformly developed state in India. Many districts have higher per capita income than chennai

He was referring to playing politics on people by playing one caste against other, one region against other. Playing farmers against IT like that.

Not bureacratic internal party politics. As a party chief these are daily issues to him. These are politics like any manager has to deal with in a company.

Dont forget one thing here. Naidu saab kuda assembly lo separate state legislation ki support chesadu. Congress vallu pass chesina bifurcation bill ki. Even though he was leader of opposition. In addition, he used two eyes policy with sree krishna committe. He has never outrightedly said that he is against seperation. In this topic - who has responsbility and what needs to be done. The guy who divided has the responsbility and what needs to be done is to provide AP exactly the same facilities they had before in terms of a capital or better.
