Anyone took Virgin Voyage Cruise on expired H1b visa ? I have expired visa stamp but H1b extension is approved.

Day 1 - Miami. Departs at 6:00pm.

Spoke to Virgin Voyage customer service, they are just pointing to travel state gov website.

I think it doesnt matter which cruise line....they all follow US immigration.

Cruise vallaki koncham relaxed rules ey untai...there wont be any official exit or entry in your I-94...Royal Caribbean lo nenu travel chesa Bahamas. I had visa stamp but nobody checked on the way back...just visual glance by CBP office in Miami port anthe...no record of it anywhere.

DB lo chaala posts untai ee topic meeda...search them and whoever asked this question, by now they must have traveled. So put a question to them and find out....mainly check with Virgin Voyage, their own policy ento mari...so call customer support, ask them to check with their supervisor because not all agents will have this info.

as long as you are going to mexico and canada and returning back withing 30 days and not applying any visa at a US consualte in those countries you can come back happily
