4. Amaravati development was pure scam and nothing else. Guntur should have been made the capital instead

Vishakapatnam would be too far out for southern districts and aquiring land would involve multiple parties that include defense services

for people in Chittor to travel to Vishakapatnam, it is 820 kms whereas it would be 480 kms for VJA

I am pretty sure you know that, sometimes gajji takes over rationality

I guess the only place who has presence of all most all states and cultures in Andhra is only vizag..that called cosmopolitan culture..correct me if i am wrong

Second preference of capital: Kurnool.

Availability of water and land and equidistant from two next gen growth centers I.e. Hyd and Bengaluru. At least kulala kumpati lolli panchati ki kastha dooram aina vundetollu

Maximum infra already there…roads and railway, national highways, connectivity is seamless…

south of vizag is highly polluted with port coal dust and further south has presence of refineries, pharma hubs...so the best place to have developement is north of vizag around madhurwada and rushikonda..extending upto vizianagaram

Chennai, Banglore and Mumbai were capitals in faraway places because they are status quo for TN and Maharashtra (they were already capital cities).... 

Tg vallu state vacchindi ani capital vere chota pettaledu kada, same with Mumbai, Blr and Chennai. 

But AP is different they don't have a capital to begin with

Inka Vizag ki 30 km south ante Anakapalle .. it would have become another day-dream capital
