Availability of water and land and equidistant from two next gen growth centers I.e. Hyd and Bengaluru. Chennai, Banglore and Mumbai were capitals in faraway places because they are status quo for TN and Maharashtra (they were already capital cities).... Tg vallu state vacchindi ani capital vere chota pettaledu kada, same with Mumbai, Blr and Chennai.
