Equal opportunity employment when companies grow big , and they are not hiring minorities, other races proportionately,  some fairness employment labour agency can ask for the data number of guys applied from minority community (it can be Asian, Hispanic, African., LGBT etc etc) vs how many got employed , if yiu put no they won't have access to that data
