Inspection chance untundo ledo , realtor kind of told me that market lo still people are waiving inspections and this particular area where we are looking is still hot..I see prices as is and hrdly any decent homes in market. 

So I am guessing there will be some offers ..so I was not sure  once offer is made we can again offer by changing few things, just saw you mentioned we can .

 

lets  see how it goes. 

About Attorney..is this from our realtor end? or do i have to reach out to someone like i reached to realtor?

Don’t waive inspection. That’s a big NO if you ask me. Illu konakapoyinaaa parledhu but inspection seppeyakundaaa don’t even consider.
