Best diet if u wantbget back a1c I did for 4 months straight lost 20 pounds pre-diabetic ninchi normal ayindi more than keto its intermittent fasting anna but keto helps 

Negatives if yiu cheat it needs again 2 days atleast to go back to ketosis

Jagratha ga cheyali make sure lemon and acv pakka ga undali ro avoid negatives of kidney stones

Nit easy after 10 days but once you pass through king 

Inka gym etc chesthe full energy 

Don't do dirty keto meat salads no need of additional fat except for first 3 days

If you can eat coconut oil it's amazing use only ghee , coconut oil, olive oil , butter

6 pack ledu but at same time  family pack ledu anna , used to have family pack its gone , nenu gym just cardio chestanu adi kuda just recently  bro weights cheysthe baguntadi but never motivated

Did you face any hiarloss issue from fasting... heard from others, mainly because of low calories.

No no no way not sure on genetically way but never felt I lost hair or heard about it  nenu first to be easy I will try to get into ketosis , manchi nuts with soaken  meats , greens asalu problem ledu , you avoid total junk anna basically whatever yiubeat in those 1 meal or 2 meals meat , brocili airfryer,  spinach, etc , soaken walnut , almond chalu
