andariki workout avvadu , listen to your body , check with your doctor before making extreme  diet changes, putting stress on body.

for some IF for long time  has negative impact , meku edhi workout avuthe adi follow avvatam better macha

I used to break fats with soaked nuts,  brocoli and some celery little Carrot etc , the next meal meats mutton cutlet, in and out prptien style beefs, chikecn airfryer with some cheeses etc I did one meal a day and couple of times 48 hours fast too bro its adaption slow ga alvatu yiu will see amazing benefits madya lo lemon water and acv apakka

i meant, for some 16-8 works better, for some 20-4 might work better.... need to try and stick to it antuna

okkariki work ayinddi ani  andhariki work avallani ledu ga, every one is different ,need to listen to body.

Entha family o undi dani batti anna intermittent fasting avoiding all sugars carbs with necessary precautions if yiu can do Keto for sure result aithe untadi , plus hard work gym etc
