2] Farmers commited suicides at unprecedented levels. Drought is beyond his control, but he did not support farmers with any subsidies. He ignored their problems completely due to his obsession with technology.

3] GOVT jobs anni outsource sese program start chesina govt CBN garidheee. 

4] assembly dhaggara farmers meedha shoot out orders anedhi is his lowest point. They were not even committing any riots ayina kuda kalchiii 10ngaruuu farmers ni

This is a myth. TN was the first state to liberalize tech education followed by KA and MH. Eventually all other states followed the same suit. Infact AP was lagging behind in Engg seats. Due to political instability in Delhi between 1995-97, permissions were not granted for three years and group of college trusts went to court against AICTE for the delays and judgement was in favour by 1997 and the first wave of engineering colleges started coming by from 1998 and second wave by 2001. 
 

CBN peekindi emi ledu. Tech education is the jurisdiction of Union HRD overseen by the AICTE. State govt has no control or influence over the engineering colleges opening or closure.

See, niku procedures and acts gurinchi ae matram kuda telvadu. Civil aviation and airports are owned and operated by ministry of civil aviation. 
 

State govt has meager stake in the Hyd airport, that too because of the land acquisition done by the state.
