what i have seen :

a) Getting gold star companies like microsoft/oracle/deloitte when even mesthri companies were shunning hyd in favor of bangalore or chennai

b) Rythu bazars

c)renovation of gandhi hospital.

d)Hyd ORR/airport initiatives

e) a comprehensive port policy leading to krishnapatnam, gangavaram

f)Singapore style public housing in hyd which was not taken forward

g) excellent power management and land record digitization, reduction of corruption in driving licenses etc. overall improvement in delivery of govt services to people.

h)Hyd necklace road and lumbini gardens

i)concept of mini flyovers which was followed by rapid execution

j)introduction of MMTS in hyd

k)Real boom in almost half of city benefiting many BCs, Lambadas in those areas. Which increased jealousy of demon like doras.

Cons of CBN:

a_ Not putting telangana people against andhra people like YSR/KCR

b) No massive fraud like Lepakshi, Vanpic, and that karanataka reddy mines fellow fake promises of steel plant

c)No 1000 plus suicides for TG that happened under congress rule

d)No annual coomunal violaence in hyd which launched the chief teddy ysr career.

e)No recchagotting of people on caste lines with shameful whatsapp propoganda.

Athi ledhu gathi ledhu. There is a massive difference in performance of NTR and CBN against almost any otehr political leader. you are unable to accept it because of caste ego.

Thats unfortunate because its only through accepting you can beat the performance. when you deny you get guys like Jagga.

what are achievements in that ? all free stuff is coming from tax payer. Irrigation projects are fraud and not a drop of water delivered.

Pattiseema alone delivered more water than all of combined YSr "projects".
