Yes uchcha poinchindu ....  majority of government officials in decent posting had to send his Party and his partyman donation every month. they had like bounty target for each department. or else they were either transferred to punishment post or suspended for unrealistic  reason or ACB raids were conducted.

Contract employees concept started with APSEB and extended to all other corporations including APSRTC.

CBN biggest problem is self dabba which will be unberable levels.. and he never gives credit to others and imagines himself as Einstein...

Initial days loo Satyam Ramalinga Raju surely should get credit as CBN kanna mundu Satyam start ayyindi in hyd and these 2 guys used to meet on daily basis and i am sure CBN learnt some sort of basics from Ramalinga Raju on computers...

Also his Cybertowers is copied from Malaysia cyberjaya model and also cyberabad name also is lifted and infact adi CBN ki credit raaadu..

inka once she stepped in andhra from 2014 he made a big mess by starting unrealistic financial burden amaravati project and wasted his 5yrs time and we know what happened later....
