Inventory prastutam takkuve. Pre owned homes ki kooda antha demand undaa Atlanta lo ?

Pre owned also in that range, the real problem is that not many homes are listed in this market atleast in cumming/Alpharetta area. Cumming is going to soon become another Alpharetta where the land gets saturated.  There is waiting list in every community now in cumming due to more demand and less supply.

Ivi chaala dooram bro. Nenu velli chusa. Too far anipinchindi. Ee community daggara toll brothers vaadidi holbrooke reserve ani untundi..recent ga frnd closed for 800k. Chala mandi frnds otherside of cumming lo teesukonnaru like buford/canton lo.  Now they are regretting due to commute.

When you say its  far, did you mean from airport or midtown?

Good luck @neneno1, If you have decided to move Cumming that’s fine,  but Dallas is still a better option compared to Atlanta. Atlanta city infrastructure failed to handle so many moving people and would have serious problems once the commute to work starts.

@csrcsrNot even comparable to those cities in Calif. If your office is in Atlanta mid town or down town then forget about going to office. It takes around 1.5~2 hours (one way)to travel from Exit 15 Costco and there is no straight forward public transportation currently from this area. Not to scare anyone but this is realty in cumming if you plan to commute.

Bro, this is Atlanta traffic, bumper to bumper and no shortcuts or alternate routes. If you are prepared to spend close to 4 hours daily on road for cummute then you deserve this place. You passed in distinction to move😀

welcome to Atlanta!!
