next north Dallas castles which are selling over 750k and with 4200 plus sft 

400 to 550k homes will be safe and still afortable for people making 120k in north Dallas with 10 percent down

4500 sft homes are now $$1.2 to $1.4M in prosper and Celina..... Denton and Collin county area is big gigantic bubble of Dallas...30% of this county is desis now....... Mamulga lepatledu paiki....... 3 years back $500K untunde avg 4500sqft home.

Some thellolu I know say new homes these days construction standards have gone down. Too much greed from builders antunnaru. I myself brought a 2014 construction kompaaa. It is excellent. Ilanti I house kotthadhiii kondhammm anna eee layout or design lo ippydu builders not constructing now 

I agree on construction quality. I live in a 1954 built ranch. Recent gaa brand new Pulte homes maa area lo chala mandi friend 1M+ ki konnaru. Aaa godalu, door quality waste. It may not matter to them but those that new houses are stronger, old houses are bad - thats 100% not true. 

However, brand new homes have good interior plan, open kitchen, useful things like big island etc. 

Old homes have large deck, huge backyards etc.
