3500-5000 sqft used to be standard Dallas home 10-15 years ago... Every thing used to be big in Texas a decade ago... North East lo 2500-3000 sft and Cali lo 1800-2400 standard size elago. 

Up until pandemic varuku 3500-4000 sqft used to pretty normal for Avg desi family in Texas...

2010-2020 decade went like this...... Desi batch lo okkadu Dallas ravatam and then he used to show off his 4000 + sqft home that he bought for $400-$500K to his friends and family living in North east and Cali..... Amma 400K ki antha house aa... That started the massive chain reaction........ ee pandemic and WFO tho........ Migration peaks vellindi............ All desis from North east and West makku gaalekka Dallas ni rampage chesaru. 

 

With high cost of construction (Per sqft construction cost went up 100-200% in last 3 years)......... Desis are buying even 2500-3000 sqft homes in $hitty undeveloped neighbourhoods in Aubrey and Melissa for $600-$700K...... Downtown and Airport vellali ante min 1.5-2 hours padtadi in evening traffic.
