Religion nundi bayatikiii rakapotheee enni natural resources unna em labham. They have to adapt. Unfortunately their ignorance is well exploited by western world.

Syria has been considerably progressive and secular (by Middle East standards) where different minorities (Shia/Christians/ Jews/Kurds/Yazidis etc) lived in harmony without any issues.. govt protected them… west propped up the majority Sunnis in different wars and created conditions (sanctions/restricting grains imports during famine) to raise a rebellion against the govt …

I think its otherway around...

after found the natural resources in those countries...religion took charge...
