Haunted house- owning

Haunted houses are they real. We have a ancestral property , per square yard going from 1.5 lakhs  to 2lakh rs . House was completely ruined and no tenants for 20 years. House was built in 1968, family moved to house in 1968 and then head of the house lost his dad and father in law within a year , then head of the house died with lung cancer . Head of the house was in early 40's, ardent devotee of lord hanuman. His wife lost her mind went into depression leaving their 4 children .  Whole family left that house and went to another city , hardly the family lived there for 3 years. After many years property got transferred to 4 children, now each child is suffering from some kind of disease like cancer, brain stroke, depression, heart issues. We enquired about the property with Guru(malyala siddhanti), he said there is PRETAM in the land. We always had plan to develop the property but hearing about PRETAM , we decided to get rid of it. Has anyone experienced haunted house effect or had bad life moving to a house
