Bro, US lo unte buy and use Flonase Nasal Spray, it has anti allergy medicine + cortico steroids. 

If not Flonase, buy Nasonex. Because these have low amounts of steroids, Nasal Septum kana inflammation valana moosukoni pote, these steroids act fast on Inflammation.

If allery is causing Inflammation, allergy medicine will control it.

Use 2 times each nostril for 1-2 weeks. 

Recommended by Allergy specialist , i have allergic Rhinities , already 2 times Nasal surgery done to remove Polyps.
