Ya, some buyers are regretting now.  Heard some people saying home having foundation , roof issues which are more expensive to fix. 

Hype lo konesaru without inspection . Inspection ledkunda it is always risky.

This is for people with school going kids..let's say 2020 nundi konaledu anuko ila dilema lo undi..inkoka 5 or 6 yrs ide confusion nadichandi anuko..tarvata koni kooda emi use undadu..people with small kids or no kids can wait even my circile illu koni ammi profit cash chesukunna opt and bachelor's and early married couples ento mandi unnaru..

Housing market last 2 yrs is like risk and reward laga nadustundi..but it might not always work like that
