It will NOT happen anna. SC/STs or others, they belong to India historically & Geographically. They have no relation to Americas or present day United States. While Blacks & Native Americans were victims of slavery, genocide & systematic racism, such is not that case for Indian castes in the US. a part from that, any new inclusions in affirmative action will ONLY dent opportunities of Black & Native Americans. So there will opposition to any such plans.

Aina no pasa in your statement. There is no shortage of engineering seats now. And private jobs are much higher than govt jobs. movie. media,tv,industry anthe meedhega.

People who have strong will for independence discount thoughts of how difficult that independence is going to be. Especially in today's world. States don't realize that as part of the Union, Military, Intelligence & other Union govt wings contribute so much to the stability of a region in the country. 

One might think they will ally with powerful countries after getting separated. If see Ukraine & how it is being used to fight wars by powerful countries, it is only safe to be a part of the big Union & get your demands fulfilled democratic way.
