Unfortunately intern positions are reserved for currently enrolled students in most companies.

you can always get job by putting fake exp , but doing bootcamp opens lot of opportunities and confidence to her ..... try general assembly , coding DOJO etc... there are programs that collect fee after she get job (general assembly) , most importantly find a bootcamp near your place and encourage her to attend in-person bootcamp classes , they are very rigorous and required 8-12 hours of daily efforts and she also learn team work , but before joining bootcamp make sure she is really interested in coding / software job .

intern, entry level difficult unless good networking.

look for return to work programs. you need to pake early years. also nee tech enti. nee tech ayithe best. basics nerpinchi, interview q's easy ga prep chesi, Job crack chesthe even with 2-4 yrs you can help her in Job. you don't need external support. couple of my friends followed this approach and they are successful. bpharm to Java developer one example..
