All for sale houses in my area now under contract/pending within one or two weeks.

It used to take 3-4 months last october / november,

No major reduction in prices too. but no crazy increases as well.

The curve just started going upward. This is the good time to buy for those who can afford and are on fence.

Already analysis done. New houses lo weakness inka undhi. Because builders are building really small houses and asking prices higher than single houses built just 2-3 years ago.

If you bought a single house even in 2021 second half. Then your value is safe and houses are moving fast.
