One who drives any vehicle on Indian metro city roads during a peak hour can relate to the driving hustle faced by everyday drivers. With the increasing traffic and vehicles each day, rash driving and accidents due to that also increased in India. This resulted in India being named in the list of countries with the world’s worst drivers. Well, India is not on top!

An insurance company ‘Compare the market’ created a list of countries with the worst drivers in the world. India has been ranked fourth. Thailand tops the list of the world’s worst drivers. Thailand is infamously having the worst drivers and worst traffic in the entire globe. Lebanon is ranked three and Peru got the second rank.

In the world’s best drivers list, Japan is on the top. Japan scores 4.57 points while India got only 2.34. Among the best drivers, the Netherlands is right next to Japan. Norway is in third place and Estonia is in fourth. Sweden claimed the fifth spot on the top five list.

Looking at the increase in traffic and vehicles on road, it is no surprise to see India in fourth place. It has to be seen if India maintains this rank through next year or leaps to a better ranking in worst driving.
