Kani, US motham lo 80% of towns are with in 25-30 miles of nuclear plant kadha.. I agree it should not be in 10 miles radius like New hill and hollysprings.

I  lived in  few cities.. there is atleast one or two buses in the worst case from different suburbs to downtown and main areas ..

For the area of this size,  if you look from fuquay varina to Garner,  it is a huge circle .., but from some places , there is not even  a single bus.

lennar offering upto 10k on closing costs anukunta otherthan that no offers also
