Bro.. newyork, New Jersey, PA, MA, Virginia, California, Maryland lo.. people travel almost 45 min to 1 hour for work every day.. people coming from these states to NC, to travel 35 min would be a very light travel for them..

People are ready to travel 35 min instead of paying $800- $1M for a single family home to stay in Cary or Apex..
