No matter how skyrocket property goes..they have to come back to their original true value..once the new constructions pickup ..rates will go down settle down..cost of construction items is too high..this can't continue forever.

 Builder will construct only when some one signs contract and pay some earnest money right ? if no demand due to high interest rate, how new construction will pickup and rates will go down.

unless cost of construction comes down drastically why would builders reduce cost of home.

Builder will keep on building even without a contract. Else he has to close their business.
