The MLC polls are currently underway. The graduate MLC elections are also due. YSRCP has taken the MLC election in the state very pretentiously. The ruling party is clearly showing its dominance and is expected to sweep the polls. Five out of Nine Local Body MLC seats are likely to be unanimous. MLC of Kadapa, Anantapur, Chittoor, Nellore and East Godavari districts are going to be unanimous and in favour of ruling YCP. The last day to withdraw nominations is tomorrow i.e 27th Feb, which is going to confirm the unanimous victory of these 5 MLCs.

CM Jagan’s confidante and former Deputy CM Dharmana Krishna Das is concentrating Uttar Andhra and finance minister Buggana Rajendranath is holding meetings with leaders and overseeing Rayalaseema region to give a great victory to the ruling party.

However, CM Jagan hasn’t applied for the Graduate Vote. This is giving rise to some speculations and rumours on Jagan’s educational qualification. Especially, opposition leaders and TDP social media team are especially targeting Jagan’s education. Many are questioning online whether CM Jagan has graduated in degree or not.

Usually, the leaders and various graduates apply for Graduate Vote from the EC separately along with their educational qualification. Chandrababu Naidu, Lokesh, CPI and CPM leaders have secured Graduate Vote and whether they use it or not is subject to their discretion. However, CM Jagan hasn’t applied for his Graduate Vote.

Jagan studied in Hyderabad Public School till his 12th class. As per the available information in public domain and his Wikipedia page, Jagan is said to have done his Bcom from Hyderabad degree college. But this is being questioned by the opposition netas. Now, Jagan’s graduate vote has become the subject of politics.
