but 850 is super high for that home obviously

800K is little high but if you look at taxes for 2022 he paid 624K so 700K is reasonable price. Not sure why people are not buying it for below 625K might be a haunted house…..you never know

It was over priced. Middle of nowhere, no good schools, old and looks ugly in every sense. And 4k+ sqft ki 3 bed ante floor plan must be awful too.

@pandemkodi 2023 second half should be good time to enter.

the potential for upside is very small. So its ok if we miss. 2024/25 ki kooda pedhaga peragavu.
