Employer tax is only 7.45 %. total payroll taxes are 15% of which half will be taken from employee pay and half employer has to pay from his pocket.

when you refer some one, take referral , 2 client positions ante i would take 3-5$/hr on each candidate for 1-2 years.

that would be $10/hr to you , so you can ask him to add that to your billing.
