This is on the far end of Mckinney. Cottage collection is like 1100 sqft or something. Very small.  Community is bit far from stores and roads are not that great.  

This falls under mckinney isd, decent rating

You can get in suburbs , try to look in Anna ,  Fate, Royce city , pilot point, little elm, levon etc areas.

If you don't have school going kids  people can buy their starter homes in suburbs and later they can rent it out.
