People who did that in 2007.. foreclosured it in 2013 time.. home values dropped from 500 to 300k by 2012 … 

there was demand still for homes but lot of constructions in 2013 … 

 

theur logic was .. we paid around 100k and still need to pay 400k for a home that values 300k.. so they let that 100k go and foreclosures.. their credit was hit but that’s the best they can do
