Concord and Davidson all single lane roads and very overcrowded with traffic. Office hours lo it became horrible even with remote working. Inka offices start aeithe pack, bofa and wellsfargo calling back ani vinna.

Good thing is high rating schools, good desi presence. Weather wise moderate.
