can we ask builders for price protection, is it a real thing in mortgage world ?

if we sign contract now and year end prices reduce ayithe due to economic or recession. mostly no ani naa feeling but asking it here..

Most wont  give you guarantee , specially when there is enough demand , why would builder take risk.

But i did see builder like bloomfield offered for few months last year.. so check with builder.

    What happens if housing price fall ? Do you have any protection ? I can get that for you..

its hard to believe he is over promising  he mentioned he can get a good deal for new home.. not really sure what will he get for a new home..

lender wants business.. realtor wants commission...builder wants profit

nobody gives a about us... they always push/encourage you to buy..

Be careful and not fall for them.  Only buy when it makes sense for you.
