Why bro ! It will happen see ! Its not too far ! Okkadiki one year emi taxes and inusrance lu katte sariki telustadi ! People will start panic sell next year when they know that appreciation is not going to happen like the past two years ! Whoever brought houses in last 12 months and next 6 months will feel the pinch very soon

Idi 2021 nundi ee forum lo vintunna..nenu 2008 crash chusa..this one is different times..as long as u don't have need to sell home it does not matter ..only few markets will suffer  price dip like ca where ppl already escaping due to high costs and some north cold weather areas where ppl bought in high time..

Jarige daka alage vuntadi le last year spy 460 lo vunnapudu below 400 velthadi evaritho aina chepthe back tho navve vallu ! But it touched 348 couple of months back ! So adhi liquidity ekkuva vunna market kabati fast ga crash ayindi ! But in real estate it might nt happen in couple of months but it will surely go back to pre covid levels once builders start competing with the inventory build this year

Due to interest rate hike..sad to see community split into 2 ..ppl who bought and made risk and made big..and other section either catious or less risk taking mentality or on the fence with feeling of lost mindset. ..

 

Even in Indian expats seeing same ranting these days why 100s of teslas on the road why ppl buying yhis luxury home..naku ardam avvani point enti ante..is your problem vadu konnandukaa..veedu konalekupotunnaduka...

Housing correction vasthundi/happening but it won’t be on the lines of stock market

there is always a demand factor that drives the housing prices that is not present in stocks 

and that market is not easily to be manipulated like stock pump and not algo driven

in stock market you can overnight dilute valuation with offerings n it’s all news driven…housing lo ala kaadu

Still lot of ppl out there looking to buy primary residence

Only Fed can cause a crash if they want but housing will be the last one that they touch…so don’t compare housing to stock market
