Bro, Nobody is forcing you to buy in US, it’s your opinion and don’t think you are the only smart person and all the buyers investing in US Real estate are fools. Leave the final decision to people and let them decide. Every country has its own benefits and problems. Most of the young generation buyers today are either Millennials or Zen Z and their thinking is different, they don’t think like Gen X people, There is no concept of savings for them and with life span getting reduced day by day, just chill and enjoy, Don’t think too much !!

Exactly...it's foolish behavior. A fool and his money are soon parted.

I am just telling about reality of the situation.

And people think buying a big house is enjoyment. It might be in India....not in US. Enjoyment is in buying the size of home you need....not what others perceive.
