In India, every house has a compound wall… the wall pretty much covers the house view and elevation from outside… US lo backyard ki fence untadi, front just grass and driveway to garage untadi..

also space mottham use chestaaru.. you will hardly see any homes in quarter acre lots in India whereas it is very common in US.. 1000 yards site unte apartments kattestaaru

construction quality is far better in usa. It is basically the last fit and finish which gives the look.

and in US the technology, training and skills just make it awesome.

You can easily tell in a video call whether one is living in india and one is living in us

Wall Putty finish, wooden flooring, plain walls, usage of just 1-2 paint colors and ceiling height makes good difference …  mana Indian houses ki windows doors and iron rods tho sagam natural light gone … min 4-5 colors vaadutaru, kitchen cupboards haven’t seen one good fitting in india …

Disagree, India luxury houses are good looking than us houses.

US lo except few exceptions most of the houses are old fuking models.

Phoenix houses are worst, they look like village penkitillu.

India luxury houses are modern looking. Ikkada antha gorrela manda designs anni.

I don’t know how many here in this is db are living in a modern contemporary home…most are basic template models

India lo latest luxury homes are very nice …India lo wood work, design, hand crafting, lighting …all u can afford custom one at a very fair price

Only finish lo ayithe US better due to use of modern tools
