If you have connections with Hyd and family ties with the city, don’t think about the value and worth of the apartment. And especially if it’s the only one property that you plan to own, profit loss or appreciation gurinchi alochinchuku kaka…

yeah…my wife side there are generations in hyderabad…

my side also recently lot of relatives moved and settled in hyderabad…

In this situation, If I were you I wouldn’t think of it as an investment rather as a replacement property for your old 2BHK. 
 

If you have kept your old 2BHK, it will soon become a liability and instead you choose to sell it and invest in a bigger better apartment which will serve your needs for another 20 years especially in a city which you still have ties with. It’s a wise choice…

worst aspect is i see this trs fellows sharing of pics of hyd infrastructure but dont acknowledge the AP rule for 60 years and KG areas which were part of nizam territory till mid 1800s

In their opinion andhra people are not even humans - thanthe poovali - anthe.

I mean your batch has even worse words for people of rayalaseema  , you should expect the same treatment from others

i have plans to go back in 9 years...irrespective of GC...

if i get GC..i give a choice to my son to stay in US or india..but i dont want to see my son also in EB2 category along with me in US...

Are you on h1 bhayya? I am also investing in India these days..stocks lo bokka ki not going that side now for time being..

Trust me giving your brand new apartment for rent in India is such a waste. The tenants will trash the place and you will not the feeling of living in a new place when you eventually move in

If she is really serious , strech the budget and get a individual house otherwise drop it. Every big city in India will have lakhs of apartment for sale anytime you want , don't be forced to make a decision out of fear that you .ight not be able to afford in the future 

Trust me I have known plenty of cases like you who bought apartment 10-15 years ago and all of them regret that decision now. 

Just a recent example ,my senior colleague bought an apartment in  Adyar TVH , chennai 4 years ago  for  around 4.5 crores . With sea  view , all modern amenities , etc    

He couldnt even get 20 lakh rent yearly , after covid he didn't want to shift to India and trying to get rid of it. He's not even getting offers for 5 crores , builder is willing to buy it at sale price. 

It's a great location , good build quality, well maintained and still unable to dispose it off 

Manam move avdaam ani decide aynappudu... anni interiors malli chepinchukovadame... bathrooms etc. Chala mandi rich areas lo koni then pouring  several lakhs to get new interiors done.
