you have to collect baggage and check-in again .....  plan ahead , LAX lo international and domestic ki koncham distance untadi ....

any airport, you need to re check-in. okappudu re check-in convenient ga customs ventaney vundedi. covid nunchi local terminal ki velli checkin cheyyali..

Lax Lo no option other than to check in after the immigration…but I vaguely remember there used to be a transfer desk right after the immigration where you can check in your bags for domestic connection…I’m not sure if anything has changed recently. 
 

But then again, it’s fairly easy to transfer from Tom Bradley Intl terminal to Terminal 4 American Airlines…it should be seamless.
