Real estate gurus, Moving from NY & looking to buy my first house in the VA Lansdowne area

Location: 5mins to route 7. No lights until DC. Easy access to Reston & McLean job centers

Schools are good. SAT scores are better than Dallas, NC schools. GS scores are good although GS is garbage w. so much crap loaded IMO

richest county in the US for last 10+ years. You can feel it when u visit.

Super close to IAD for travel including India flights 

outlet mall, hospital, Kumon, swimming, Whole Foods, Indian restaurants u name it… all r here and close by 5-10mins

Seems better than Ashburn Aldie

So what am I missing?
