Thats true. I would understand if these guys had kids from previous marriages too. 

But marrying a woman with kids is something mind-blowing.

Who said man, naaku telsina Telugu family married and the guy takes care of his own kid and his wife's EX kid with same love and effection.

If he has a kid from prev marriage, then its understandable. Based on your example, he is bringing some baggage from prev marriage too. Thellola lo idhi common. I have kids and you have kids from exes type. 

However, kalyan dev and manoj are playing a different ball game altogether. Dont get me wrong. This is very commendable and very unconventional at the same time.

No he was not married before, Present kid with his wife..just like Sreeja Case.

But Athani wie Damn hot untadi and super rich compared to him....I know in such cases there will be some Dominant partner and the other submissive partner.
