hello all, I was working on w2 for J1 and J2. J1 got ended as i rejected their FTE offer and contract was not etended.Got another FTE offer from one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
My question is should i put the J1 company in the background check or not ? I did not put that in the resume.If I do not put and if they found it and it is going to be worse.
I am also looking to leave J2 and use only FTE as source. Can you please suggest ?

PS: I have freezed my TWN and have GC

Put J1 company name no option for you left
