What's surprising is the India which is second largest importer of energy, has been consecutively buying Russian crude which otherwise was a negligible number.

Last 5 months nundi Russia is top supplier of crude to India, and payment is rupee-rubles. Russia literally replaced Iraq and Saudi as India's top suppliers for 5 months in a row. All this trade is now happening in Rs..

Same with the China...they are muling use of Yuan for Saudi crude..

Russia just despo to accept payment in rupees ? I mean how will they spend it ?

what exports do we really have to match the imports of heavy amounts of crude oil…

Russia is using India as. Proxxy to sell oil on its behalf through ambani. ambani is buying crude oil and selling as processed to Europe in realty he is just a pass through

There is no mechanism for rupee- rubles trade. It’s rupee only trade as india is always deficit.

Now the govt is concerned with rupee payments as russia holds large chunks of Indian currency and this is complicating currency valuations.

Ambani enta pilla bachha... search for LUKOIL, NJ , NY,CT,MA atu vypu ee fuel stations kuda untaai.. its a russian company, which is refining in Europe and selling to USA.

We have everything they need.. think about Agri , equipment etc.,
