people are still buying with 3/1 and 5/1 APRs at lower 4%.  Same thing happened in 2004/2005. As interest rates increased, people opted for 3/1 and 4/1 ARMs with balloon payments (deferred payment) etc. 

Only the job losses and housing crash put a full stop. 

With current employment rate, it'll be a while we'll see housing crash.

9% interest rate ki housing crash avtadi.. 750k homes anni below 500K ki vasthae due to affordability. I will post a new thread with my analysis.

Its not about interest all together! Its about the highly inflated house price ! True interest rate can be changed and refinanced later but if we sign a home at this level of inflated pricing it will be hell lot difficult to break even and sell if we have to move in next 5-7 years
