Briyani masala

meru use chese manchi chicken briyani masla brand chepandi ?

Last week oka restaurant lo thina keka unde.. pakka vaddu edo masala brand used for that better taste..

I think they add meat tenderizer powders kuda add chestaru anukunta bcoz meat oka range lo soft undi .. just curd/lemon laga ledu ( no bad smell for chicken also).. bone ithe pink color lo bale unde..

Everest and Shan .. pink color ni rare antru us lo half cooked meat but it will be good

kaka make your own biryani masala.....but i used to use shan in earlier days, but i like homemade better(you can tweek as you need)

and  for a juicy chicken, use bone in thigh/drum stick......dum should also give you juicy chicken. making biryani is a great therapy........once you get the crux of making it, you can try multiple variations. i make 10 different variation every weekend.....dum/pulavs....chicken/goat/shrimp/fish/paneer

adi steak ki kada.....chicken in pink might be undercooked kada????

Not undercooked any red meat fish has these cook patterns rare medium rare well done usually American restaurants lo medium rare to well done madyalo chestharu andhuke valla meats juicy untayi mostly indian well done chestham

I am talking about bone ( not meat color).. ppl  make briyani.. bones color complete black ( over cooked .. so black avutadi..)

Don’t use masala pacakets make ur own masala at home … chaala masala lo lead vuntadhi and going forward it will impact ur health and leads to cancer
