Depends on how you use them. But at least 1 cent per point if you use it for travel making it $900 at the minimum. If you transfer points to other airlines, they will be worth more.

All this is valid for only the first year right? I am not talking about 90k points, I want to know about the other things that which made the effective membership fee 10$, are these benefits just for the first year or recurring?

Uber cash and grubhub is permanent as of now (unless Amex changes T&C later). $200 credit and 90K points are one time. This is a charge card. Cannot downgrade to no annual fee card. If you don't need after 1st year, cancel it.
