Any one closed home loan with DCU? Few questions 

1. DCU Vadiki home insurance 2 weeks munde purchase cheyali anta kadha, how can we add this towards closing costs? So that realtor credits use cheyachu kadha..

2. Who had decision on how many months of escrow we could keep, closing attorney or DCU, if it’s DCU, do we know how many max months of taxes we could keep in escrow? Idea behind this is to max out realtor credits 

3. HOA capital closing cost lo ledu, how do we get it added?

Intha bad communication ekkada chudaledu, I don’t know how people are working with DCU.

Even I had similar experience with DCU and also with Penfed recently. These companies are worst in communication and they will drag everything till last minute
