Oklahoma speeding ticket

Speed limit 40 , driving at 39 

how ever it was school zone and cop said the speed limit was 20 

didn’t have any flashing lights

cited for 19 over , court clerk said 290 dollars fine 

They won’t report to insurance 

 

I was skeptical about not reporting to insurance 

 

should I just hire a lawyer or pay the fine as clerk is saying

You should be fine by paying fine to clerk. that’s a very easy way. But…..

Even though it might sound absurd, I would still hire a lawyer regardless. Always seek professional help in legal matters here. 
 

Atleast talk to couple of lawyers and ask if they can cancel the tickets or reduce fine etc

OK is the worst state for tickets.. I feel they run state from ticket's money lol 

you can  pay off the ticket on website as clerk mentioned.

or

use online website to hire lawyer like "offtherecord" website... they charge 140 or something flat fee... lawyer will actually attend the court and try to see diff options available .. and then suggest  you on what to do... 

 

I would say hire lawyer using that website.. and tell him to keep you off the record.Peace of mind.

R u from Oklahoma , I was stopped in a very small town less than 5000 population 

there is no traffic lawyer in that community , the person who  I called said there are no points and they don’t report to insurance just pay the fine. ( I never heard this ) 

how ever this will likely be in my records, I don’t see any traffic lawyer within 30 minutes of that place 

such a remote place , my bad luck I took a detour due to roadblock. 
 

Any i have to see who is available to cover the community

Last 6months lo how many different issues vachay man niku — car stolen - car found — car hit — etc etc 

all these are yours or owning your friends issues?

All mine , bad time really bad time 

yes 3rd car stolen received payment , 2nd car totaled received payment

lots of issues health wise and personal family wise, no peace of mind , only good thing is money is not an issue. 

Lot of people here commented about my problems they don’t believe the truth ( I don’t care as I got lot of nice advices in this forum atleast 10 % of people genuinely try to help ) 

Unfortunately lot of junk people joined this community.

offtherecord  (https://offtherecord.com/) website lo poyi  county name isthe.... lawyer who serve that county will be attached to your case automatcially.

laywer usually serve 10-15 counties .. dont have to be located in same county..

 go to that website, create a account.. post your ticket photo on it.. lawyer will be assigned.. lawyer will take care of everything from there.. he will attend if needed.. zero headache for us

Not sure how it is now but back then other state's points didn't reflect on my driving history bro...nuvvu attorney ni hire cheskunna kuda he should come up with strong points in court to expunge the points..

luckily I hired an attorney for $500 and he helped me remove most points
