if they don’t have proof on what charges are they detaining him. He is a deputy chief minister. In his bail petition he said they are making him sit 8 hours and keep asking the same question and he keeps denying it. The primary duty of the agencies is to find the evidence or else they don’t have business detaining any one and the court will say the same thing sooner or latter.

in the other incident MLA in Karnataka is found with 8 cr but got anticipatory bail even before completing the arrest proceedings and insult to the injury they got a media gag

Of course they are playing  a nice game.

What I mean, what ever we know about this case is through those remand reports and actual evidences are not made public neither it will be. Digital traces will be hard to erase, It’s not hard for ED to establish a money trail…Once a final chargesheet is filed and trail starts, then we will have an idea who did what…of course no one will ever get convicted in these cases as it always happened. There are clear political games.

The are more acting like BJP stooges than credible agencies, how would the information leak on a daily basis before something happens? They are brokering political deals as seen all over - eknath shinde, Himanta Biswa Sarma, suvendu adhikari - all scam tainted riddled with ED cases bailed out on their parties to join BJP, same offer was made to Sisodia and he has been repeatedly telling  this in public

When the coin flips the same game will be played on the otherside. Congress used to back in the day. But things have been improving since the late 80s consistently including during Congress and BJP governments of the past 30-35 years. Then this starting to regress with multiple foes in the fray.
