Was reading some where, the old policy was in force for 6-7 months….gattigane enkala esi vuntaru as some of the outlets had their own pricing system..

But interesting ga vundi ie case, should spend some time and read how exactly the scam happened and most importantly if there was any criteria set to allot the license and how these honest party people alloted the licenses to favourable parties.
