Infact KCR should be appreciated for stopping some Free schemes and giving money to projects that will have better long term returns

KCR:

Elected from Cash rich State with surplus revenue . was able to spend money on uneconomical projects such as Kaleswaram project, Dalit Bandhu, 2bedroom scheme .

infrastructure Development and government schemes implementation are limited to very few assembly segments.

No accountability  on who is receiving government schemes. Very large extent of beneficiaries are not eligible for government schemes.

Jagan:

Elected from Debts ridden state and with huge dependancy on funds from Centre. was able to bring accountability on government schemes thru Village volunteers system. to very large extent only eligible beneficiaries were provided with government schemes.

COVID was handled much better compared to KCR .

Jagan lacks in infrastructure development, but gets upper hand with handling government policies as stated above.
